COF also took part in what was confirmed as the most
important exhibition in the artisan ice cream sector.
The two newest additions:
Aerocaffè, created from the winning partnership between
COF and designer Massimo Iosa Ghini, and new furnishings with
Pluriel, the undisputed leader amongst COF’s ice cream
display cases that offers three dimensional visibility and huge
food-appeal.
